In 2021, AECE took a new step in its development by joining the Gérard Perrier Industrie group, which specialises in the design, production, installation and maintenance of electrical, electronic, automation and instrumentation equipment for industry. AECE now represents the Aeronautics and Defence division of the GPI group, whose 10 companies are all positioned in strategic sectors of French industry.

This integration within a family-owned and independent group is therefore fully in line with the logic of maintaining industrial sovereignty in a strategic sector for the country, where the role of electrical, electronic and IT content is constantly growing. This allows AECE Group to fully pursue its commitment to numerous development projects, both in terms of its products and its industrial resources, while benefiting from numerous synergies with the GPI Group.
